Our main goal with Bicah is to help women live a more balanced life when it comes to food and fitness.

When I say balanced, I don’t mean that I’m going to tell you how to incorporate a “cheat meal” into your diet each week or how to “squeeze in” a 90-minute workout every day. What I’ll actually be doing is helping you build a sustainable healthy lifestyle, while saying goodbye to restrictive habits.

Eating healthy and working out can and should be enjoyable, and I’m here to show you how to make that possible. With Bicah, you’ll have access to home and gym workouts that you actually look forward to doing, and delicious recipes that you’ll be wanting to make over and over again. Each month, we run exciting challenges to keep you motivated and inspired. Plus, you’ll be able to join our online community where you can meet and interact with the rest of our Bicah babes, so that you have a support system unlike any other.

For our gym workouts, you’ll need basic gym equipment, a glute band, ankle straps, and a barbell pad. If you’re working out at home, you’ll need a pair of dumbbells, a leg (glute) band, a long band, and a door anchor.

Absolutely! We have programs designed specifically for home workouts, so you can stay fit without needing a gym membership.

Our workouts range from 25-60 minutes depending on the workout program you choose, making it easy to fit them into your busy schedule.

No worries! Our flexible program allows you to catch up on missed workouts at your own pace. Just jump back in when you’re ready.

Yes! We offer a trial period so you can experience Bicah and see if it’s the right fit for you.

Cancelling your membership is easy. Simply go to your account settings and follow the cancellation instructions.

Yes, you can switch between programs to find the one that best fits your needs and goals. Our flexible approach allows you to align your fitness routine with the phase of life you’re in, whether you’re pregnant, a new mom, or navigating life without kids. Bicah supports you through every stage of your journey.

Absolutely! Our programs are designed for all fitness levels and are very beginner-friendly. We provide demo videos for every exercise in each workout, so you always know exactly what you’re supposed to be doing.

None of our recipes have the calories or macros listed on them, because we focus on intuitive eating instead of attaching numbers to what you eat. We include a variety of delicious, nutritious recipes focused on intuitive eating to help you fuel your body with the nutrients it needs.

We’re in the process of building one now, and it’ll be ready to launch in 2025! In the meantime, you can add the dashboard to your iPhone homescreen just like an app. Head on over to our Instagram @bicah and DM us for the instructions on how to do it!”

Addison and I got engaged on November 28, 2019, married on May 29, 2021, and had our first baby, Vivienne, on August 3, 2022!

We have two fur babies! We rescued Sadie, a cocker spaniel mix, in 2016 and Maisie, a miniature dachshund, in 2018.

I had an unhealthy relationship with food and exercise in high school, so part of my inspiration for Bicah Body was the fact that I really could have used something like this when I felt lost and confused about all things health and fitness.

Addison does the cooking in our house, so most of the recipes in Bicah Body are his. And as his personal taste- tester, I can honestly say they’re AMAZING!
