I had just had our first baby in 2022 and realized my free time to workout was now very limited. Gone were the days of having 6 days a week to workout, in were the days of trying to fit a workout in during my baby’s cat naps.
At the same time, I was getting tired of halfway finishing a workout because she had woken up in the middle of it, so I decided to build workouts that I knew I'd be able to finish during even her shortest of naps. My sister did this program when she was a working college student, my mom did this program after her corporate 9-5, and I did this program after having both of my kids. It truly is the most flexible program we have!
