Quick Core is a short and effective core program designed to be added onto any Bicah workout plan. These quick, targeted workouts help you build strength in your core without adding extra stress to your schedule.
Quick Core is a 4-week, repeatable program made up of 3 core workouts per week. Each workout is designed to take around 5 minutes total, making it easy to stay consistent. You can complete it alongside any Bicah program and repeat it as often as you’d like.

I know how easy it is for core to fall to the side when life gets busy. It’s not always realistic to add more time to your workouts and it shouldn’t have to be. I wanted to create something that fits into your routine, not something that overwhelms it. Something quick, doable, and effective!
This program is NOT designed for pregnancy or early postpartum. For those phases of life, please stick to the Pregnancy Program + Postpartum Program. You don’t need to do additional core workouts on top of those programs as they safely integrate core work into your workouts already.
