Quick Core is a 4-week, repeatable program made up of 3 core workouts per week. Each workout is designed to take around 5 minutes total, making it easy to stay consistent. You can complete it alongside any Bicah program and repeat it as often as you’d like.

If you're feeling kind of discouraged like I was, because the scale didn't move & my clothes don't feel any different after the May challenge — KEEP GOING! And take the dang progress pics!!
